Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 15 business days. Because all items are made to order, we require a maximum of 5 business days for production, before shipping can occur via Indonesian Post. Chuchotte will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur.
Please bear in mind that climate factors in Bali can influence supply times and availability, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
Loss or Damage is not covered. If you wish to have your order Insured, please advise us immediately and a quote will be obtained for you.

Europe & USA:
Standard -> Up to 500gr, ($9) // Up to 1Kg ($12)
Express -> Up to 500gr. ($25) // Up to 1Kg ($35)
Asie, Australia & New Zealand:
Standard -> Up to 500gr. ($5) // Up to 1Kg ($9)
Express -> Up to 500gr. ($9) // Up to 1Kg ($19)
Rest of the world:
Standard -> Up to 500 ($10) // Up to 1Kg ($20)
Express -> Up to 500 ($30) // Up to 1Kg ($45)

Customs & Taxes
All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Chuchotte has no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order. You may also visit duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the product to us in it's original "new and unused" condition within 2 days of the goods being dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty please contact us.
In the event that you wish to return an item for refund, please email or contact us by phone to notify that you are returning the item/s. Post the item/s back to us and a refund will be processed to you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded by the same method which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges. All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we strongly suggest using a postage bag that has a tracking ID as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 2 days of dispatch of goods. Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. We will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please include a return self address pre-paid satchel for your new item to be returned in. Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility.
If the product is faulty please contact us and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Chuchotte.
Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal:
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Chuchotte shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Handmade Product Discrepancies:
Since all our product are handmade, might be minimal variations on sizing and material finishings.
